Mirziyoyev arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the trilateral summit

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit at the invitation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. This was reported by the press service of the head of the Uzbek state.

At the Turkmenbashy airport, the President of Uzbekistan was met by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyev and other officials.

​On August 22, a trilateral summit will be held in Avaza with the participation of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The agenda includes issues of developing and deepening multilateral cooperation in the trade and economic, transport and communications, energy and humanitarian spheres.
