Factory of packing medical muds and sea salt
Turkmenistan, being one of the countries with all kinds of sanatorium resources, has huge reserves of volcanic mud. Volcanic mud is an unexplored value that cannot be compared with any medicine in terms of a wide range of therapeutic possibilities and the versatility of the therapeutic effect. Healing mud and sea salt packaging company opened in 2014 in the village of Jebel in Balkan region, carries out activities in this area. The company is engaged in packaging of environmentally friendly, therapeutic and cosmetic products, including the Mollagara Lake mud, volcanic mud and sea salt.
Using the technologies of Italian manufacturing companies, the plant with up-to date equipment, consists of two main departments – the Production Department and Quality Department. In turn, the production system is divided into four parts, the connection between which is carried out by a computer. The first section is designed for water treatment. An osmosis system is installed here, capable of preparing 500 liters of clean water every hour according to established standards, which is used in production.
At the first stage, the sea salt is crushed and thoroughly cleaned, including with the help of magnets, from various impurities. Then it is divided into the necessary particles and enriched in a special reactor with only natural additives – medicinal herbs growing on Turkmen soil, as well as aromatic and coloring substances. Then the salt added to lotions and creams is put to the packaging system, where the final stage of its preparation and packaging in bottles is carried out. Containers (from 15 to 500 g) are wrapped with aluminum foil to preserve their useful properties. A certain part of the salt is packed in 15, 25 and 160 g packages. 25-gram salt product is also added to solutions prepared from various medicinal plants.
The company also has a Medicinal Mud Packaging Department. This department, with its products, is able to fully meet the needs of medical and preventive institutions of the country and our population. In the department, the raw materials are cleaned, mixed with purified water in the reactor and sent to a packaging conveyor, where they are packed in containers of various volumes (30-1000 grams). This container is tightly sealed, and labels are attached. Moreover, it has launched production of a product «Akardion» (120 grams each) here. This is a unique type of mud that is used to treat internal organs. These products are intended for both the domestic and foreign markets. Mud of the Lake Mollagara has some advantages over its «competitors», for example, the mud of the Asuda Sea in the Middle East or the mud of the Saki sanatorium in Ukraine. Firstly, mud of the Mollagara is not sandy, but gravelly. It absorbs quickly and dries quickly. In other words, the Mollagara mud differs from other mud of famous sanatoriums of the world in its long-lasting and restorative effect. For hundreds of years, there have been legends about the amazing properties of this lake, the water and mud of which are rich in large amounts of chlorides and sulfates of sodium, magnesium, iron, bromine salts and other minerals. Scientists have even found trace elements of silver and gold in them. In general, the level of mineralization of water in the Mollagara is 200-250 mg/l.
In ancient times, people discovered the properties of the Mollagara Lake and methods of treating with its mud through experiments. Dear President notes that the high efficiency of a natural remedy that has a direct therapeutic effect compared to other types of treatment has been scientifically proven.
Mud application treatment or wraps provides valuable assistance in the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, arthritis, polyarthritis and neuritis, osteochondrosis, skin diseases, reproductive system and others. They are also used after various injuries, especially in the treatment of joints. Even when other methods do not give good results, mud therapy relieves pain. The therapeutic volcano mud is also widely used in the country's health resorts. The main part of the volcanic mud is located in Western Turkmenistan – on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea. For millions of years, these territories have had mudflats and lakes. Volcanic mud contains many valuable trace elements. Their healing properties are widely used in spa practice and cosmetology, as well as in medicine in the treatment of skin, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal diseases, disorders of the reproductive system. Volcanic mud is harmless and does not contain impurities of macro- and micro-fauna. The volcanic ash of the lakes of these amazing places, as well as its mud, are highly effective means of preventing and treating diseases. They are enriched with rare earth metals. They contain cesium, beryllium, thallium, germanium, indium and other rare elements.
In recent years, scientists around the world have shown great interest in the healing properties of mud. Although the leading pharmaceutical companies in the USA, Japan, France and other countries are developing a large number of medicines, they conduct extensive scientific research on the healing properties of natural mud in order to introduce it into the practice of modern medicine.
Currently, along with the introduction of new equipment and advanced methods, the country is expanding the scale of production of pharmaceuticals and para-pharmaceuticals, increasing the capacity of this production in order to better provide the population with high-quality medicines and para-pharmaceuticals produced from local raw materials.
The Quality Department of the company, the laboratory necessary for conducting chemical and microbiological studies of raw materials and finished products, is equipped with electronic devices of the European type. They include a pH meter, a viscometer, a densitometer, a weighing scale, high-precision analytical scales, an electron microscope and others. They are used to check the acidity, humidity, fluidity and other properties of the product.
