Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Arkadag city
The office Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Arkadag city is located in a modern 3-storey white marble building. The main purpose of the service is the organization, coordination, control and monitoring of the implementation of measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. It consists of four large departments that meet international standards, equipped with reliable equipment and carrying out their work in a new way, as well as several divisions and laboratories in its structure:
I. Information and analytical department of the standardization and metrological support group;
II. Sanitation and Hygiene Department;
III. Epidemiological Department;
IV. Disinfection Department.
I. Information and analytical department of the standardization and metrological support group. This department collects, analyzes and draws conclusions about the activities carried out in the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Arkadag City, treatment and disease prevention institutions, and prepares the necessary recommendations. In order to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, the department regularly monitors the state of people's health and disease prevention, the environment in which people live, and their living conditions.
II. Sanitation and hygiene department. This department supervises observance of sanitary rules, regulations and hygiene norms of residential, public, industrial and other facilities.
III. Epidemiological department. The Epidemiological Department organizes and supervises the implementation of anti-epidemic and disease prevention measures to prevent, reduce and eliminate the occurrence of infectious and parasitic diseases.
It carries out activities to prevent the introduction and spread of particularly dangerous infectious diseases to the territory of Arkadag city.
IV. Disinfection department. The main task of this department is to carry out preventive and urgent disinfection, deratization and disinsection works on the basis of contracts with enterprises. The department is equipped with the necessary chemicals, a room for the protection of chemical solutions and baits made from them, special equipment for mixing, various types of scales for measuring, sprayers, and containers for storing baits. Personnel working with chemicals are provided with personal protective clothing and special equipment for safe work. The department is equipped with a special vehicle.
