Tender for the selection of suppliers of goods, works and services

The Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan announces a tender for the procurement of goods for the following lots:

Lot No. 34 – Purchase of spare parts for medical equipment for the Public Health and Nutrition Center of the State Sanitary-Epidemiological Service.

Individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity (individual entrepreneurs) and legal entities that have the right to supply goods, perform work, and provide services in Turkmenistan are allowed to participate in the tender in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan. Participants must submit an application in the prescribed form, pay a deposit and a special fee, and register for participation in the tender within the specified period.

All interested parties wishing to participate in the tender have to:

​

– submit a written application expressing the desire to participate, including the full name of the participant, their legal status, and bank details. After submitting the application, it is necessary to obtain an invoice for prepayment;

​

– familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan «On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, and provision of services for state needs», with an excerpt from the «Tender conduct rules» and the list of documents required for participation in the tender.

The corresponding tender documents package, including lot specifications, technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract, will be provided after payment.

​

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of publication of the announcement in the newspaper or on the website at the building of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.

​
