Rules of Application
The official website of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan serves as an additional means for submitting complaints and appeals from individuals and legal entities (ministries, agencies, institutions, enterprises, and organizations, regardless of their organizational form, as well as private entrepreneurs acting without forming a legal entity) to the Ministry.
The Ministry, within its powers, reviews letters received from individuals and legal entities in accordance with the procedures and deadlines established by the Laws of Turkmenistan «On Administrative proceedings» and «On Protection of public health».
When submitting an application electronically through the website, the application of an individual or legal entity must include the following:
1. Name of the applicant – for legal entities, the full name; for individuals, the surname, first name, and patronymic (if applicable);
2. The position of the addressee (if applicable);
3. The postal address and email address of the applicant;
4. Type of application (the purpose of collecting and processing personal data – gratitude, suggestion, complaint, request, etc.);
5. The content of the application.
By submitting an electronic application, individuals and legal entities consent to the collection and processing of their personal data on the website of the state institution — the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan — in electronic form, using protective measures and special labeling, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Information about Personal Life and Its Protection».
Unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Turkmenistan, the retention period for personal data is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the data was collected and processed.
When submitting an electronic application through the website, individuals or legal entities must adhere to general ethical standards and rules of conduct, carefully choose the words they wish to use in the application, and refrain from providing unsubstantiated or unfounded information.
Dear site visitors, dear users!
• The number of characters in the application should not exceed 2,000;
• The application may include unarchived copies of additional electronic documents or materials in file formats that further disclose its content. The size of the attached file must not exceed 5 MB;
• Long (explanatory) statements in the application, along with multiple copies of attached documents, photographs, and other possible attachments, should preferably be sent by regular mail to the address: 744036, Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil avenue, 20.
